Briana is a Certified Specialist in Workers’ Compensation by the State Bar of Arizona and is licensed to practice law both in Arizona and California (inactive). She has represented injured workers exclusively before the Industrial Commission of Arizona and the Arizona Court of Appeals since 2004. Before co-forming Arizona Injury Law Group, PLLC, Briana was a member attorney at Taylor & Associates, PLLC.

Briana handles cases that involve serious injuries and deaths that resulted from work accidents. She approaches each case with compassion and understanding for her clients, their families, and their situations. Her goal is to aggressively pursue benefits for her clients while expertly navigating the many nuances of Arizona’s workers’ compensation laws. Her experience gleaned over 20 years practicing workers’ compensation law affords Briana valuable perspective and the ability to advise clients not just for the now, but for the future as well. Her approach is grounded in honesty and transparency for clients who deserve to be informed and educated about their cases.
