Amanda S. Chua has practiced law in Arizona since 2004. Amanda completed her undergraduate studies at Johns Hopkins University. She then graduated from Washington & Lee University School of Law in 2001. She has litigated a variety of cases in city, state and federal courts. In 2021-2023, she was appointed as a Commissioner with the Maricopa County Superior Court. Now back in private practice, she helps people as a member of AZILG’s intake team. Amanda is licensed to practice law in both Arizona and California (inactive).
Amanda gives back to the community through her volunteerism and membership with the Arizona Asian American Bar Association, Arizona Black Bar, Arizona Jewish Lawyers Association, Arizona Women Lawyers Association and the Los Abogados Hispanic Bar Association. Amanda chairs the Maricopa County Bar Association’s Equity Diversity & Inclusion Committee. A lover of the arts, Amanda performs with the Tempe Symphony Orchestra.
